What data we process
- Emails you send us: your email address, your name and whatever you choose to tell us in your message.
- Technical data: IP address and browser data, processed by our hosting provider only to run the site and keep it secure.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to you, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract).
- To protect the website from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
We keep your emails for as long as we need to reply and follow up on your request, and for no more than 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare: website hosting.
- Our email provider: receiving and storing your emails.
These providers may process data outside the EU (for example in the United States) with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
This site doesn't use profiling or analytics cookies. It only uses a technical cookie, olisai-lingua, to remember the language you chose.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
